When will my order ship?

Once you place your order and the payment is verified, your order will be shipped same day as long as its before 3pm PST. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Free shipping will take 2-5 business days for delivery in the United States via USPS. Paid shipping will take 2 days via USPS Priority mail.

Most international orders arrive within 5 business days after ordering. Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence. 

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change something on your order such as an address, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. We cannot guarantee order cancellations and/or order updates after an order is placed. 

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please CONTACT US within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. To ensure a smooth return, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Hand wash cold when needed and hang dry for best results. If you prefer a machine wash, turn it inside out, use cold water with like colors, and keep heat low. A little care goes a long way with a graphic this good.
